Overview
Burter is a member of the Ginyu Force, an elite team of mercenaries who serve under the villain Frieza in the anime series Dragon Ball Z. Known for his immense speed, Burter is often referred to as the 'Blue Hurricane.' He works closely with Jeice, and together they perform combination attacks. Burter’s role is as an antagonist during the Namek Saga, where he battles the Z Fighters. Despite his confidence in his speed, he is ultimately defeated by Goku.
