Keromatsu, known as Froakie in English, is a Water-type Pokémon introduced in Generation VI of the Pocket Monsters (Pokémon) series. It is the Water-type starter Pokémon for the Kalos region and is characterized by its nimble and cautious nature. Keromatsu resembles a small, blue, frog-like creature with a bubbly white frill. In the anime, Keromatsu is notable as Ash Ketchum's Kalos starter, eventually evolving into Greninja and playing a key role in many battles and story arcs.
