Shinobu Mitsuboshi is a cheerful and somewhat clumsy ninja-in-training in the anime series 'Ninin ga Shinobuden' (also known as 'Ninja Nonsense'). She is often seen wearing her ninja uniform and is characterized by her purple hair and energetic personality. As the protagonist, Shinobu is under the tutelage of Onsokumaru, a shape-shifting ninja master who is more mischievous than wise.
