Ran Yakumo is a kitsune, or fox spirit, from the Touhou Project series, a bullet hell game franchise created by Team Shanghai Alice. She serves as the shikigami, or familiar, of Yukari Yakumo, one of the series' most powerful youkai. Ran is known for her intelligence and magical prowess, often managing Yukari's affairs and maintaining order in their household. She appears in several games and is notable for her calm demeanor and loyalty to Yukari. Despite her role as a subordinate, Ran is a formidable character in her own right, capable of complex spellcasting and strategic thinking.
