Overview
Maribel is a major party member in Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King. She is a sharp-tongued, intelligent, and often sarcastic young woman who travels with the protagonist and his companions. Maribel provides strong magical support in battle and adds a lively, outspoken personality to the group. Though sometimes selfish or impatient, she is also caring and loyal when it matters, making her an important character in both the story and the party's dynamic.
