Overview
Kouzou Fuyutsuki is a senior NERV official and deputy commander in Shin Seiki Evangelion. Calm, intellectual, and often reserved, he serves as one of Gendo Ikari’s closest associates and a key figure in the organization’s leadership. He is deeply connected to the history behind NERV, SEELE, and the Human Instrumentality Project, and his knowledge of the past makes him an important source of exposition. Fuyutsuki’s role is that of a strategic advisor, administrator, and witness to the events shaping the series.
