Overview

Laboon is a giant island whale in One Piece who lives at the entrance of the Grand Line near Reverse Mountain. He is known for his enormous size, his scarred head, and his deep bond with the Rumbar Pirates, who promised to return to him after sailing the world. Laboon serves as both an emotional symbol of loyalty and a memorable early landmark in the series. He later becomes connected to Brook and the crew’s broader history through that promise.
