Overview
Android 17 is a powerful artificial human in Dragon Ball Z, originally created by Dr. Gero as one of his deadly androids. Calm, cool, and rebellious, he fights with a quiet confidence and immense energy reserves. He is introduced as an antagonist alongside Android 18, but later becomes a more complex character. In the broader Dragon Ball series, he evolves into a protector and ultimately a key ally, especially after returning in Dragon Ball Super.
