Overview
Black Heart is the human form and HDD transformation of Noire, one of the four CPU goddesses in Choujigen Game Neptune. She rules the nation of Lastation and is known for her serious, proud, and competitive personality. Black Heart often acts as a rival to Neptune, but she also helps protect her world from threats. In the series, she serves as a major supporting character and one of the central CPU figures.
