Overview

Salome is a giant snake in One Piece, not a human character. She is the loyal pet and companion of Boa Hancock, the Pirate Empress and captain of the Kuja Pirates. Salome often accompanies Hancock and helps emphasize her regal, intimidating presence. She is usually seen coiled around Hancock or nearby, acting as both a symbol of the Kuja tribe’s bond with serpents and a faithful helper in their daily life and adventures.
