Overview
Dr. Wily is the main antagonist of the Rockman (Mega Man) series, a brilliant but obsessed robotic scientist who repeatedly challenges Dr. Light and Rockman with his Robot Masters and schemes for world domination. He is known for his technical genius, bitterness, and relentless determination to outdo his rival. As the central villain in many entries, Dr. Wily drives the conflict of the series and serves as the recurring mastermind behind most of its major threats.
