Philip is one of the two main protagonists of Kamen Rider W. He is a mysterious, highly intelligent young man who serves as the intellectual half of the detective duo with Shotaro Hidari. Philip can access the Gaia Library, giving him vast knowledge about people, places, and mysteries. Calm, analytical, and often detached from ordinary life, he helps solve cases and transforms into Kamen Rider W alongside Shotaro. His role is central to the series’ investigations and the fight against Dopants.
