Overview
Paulie is a shipwright from Water 7 in One Piece and a member of the Galley-La Company. He is a skilled rope fighter and one of the foremen who helps maintain and build ships in the city known for its shipbuilding. Paulie is loyal, practical, and often acts as a serious counterpart to the more eccentric members of the crew around him. He plays an important supporting role during the Water 7 and Enies Lobby arcs, assisting the Straw Hats and helping protect his home and allies.
