Overview
EVA-MP is the common shorthand for the Mass Production Evangelion units from Shin Seiki Evangelion, a series of humanoid biomechanical weapons developed as part of NERV and SEELE's larger plans. They are not a single named person but a group of identical Evangelion models used as formidable antagonistic forces in The End of Evangelion. Their role is to overwhelm the main characters, especially Asuka, and demonstrate the terrifying scale of the Human Instrumentality Project.
