Overview
Touji Suzuhara is a supporting character in the anime series 'Neon Genesis Evangelion' (Shin Seiki Evangelion). He is a classmate of the protagonist, Shinji Ikari, and initially harbors resentment toward him due to collateral damage caused by an Evangelion battle. Over time, Touji becomes one of Shinji's close friends and is later selected as the Fourth Child to pilot Evangelion Unit-03. His experiences highlight the emotional toll and consequences of being an Eva pilot, adding depth to the series' exploration of trauma and adolescence.
