Ruthless yet composed, he commands other rogue Humagears and serves as Kamen Rider Horobi, utilizing the power of the Sting Scorpion Progrise Key. Over time, his ideology and motivations become more complex, challenging both himself and the protagonist, Aruto Hiden.
