Lockon Stratos is the codename of Neil Dylandy, a key protagonist and Gundam Meister in the anime series Mobile Suit Gundam 00 (Kidou Senshi Gundam 00). As the pilot of GN-002 Gundam Dynames, he specializes in long-range sniping and provides critical support to his team, Celestial Being.
