Overview
Harusame is a destroyer girl (kanmusu) in the browser game and anime series Kantai Collection (KanColle). She is the anthropomorphized version of the real-life Shiratsuyu-class destroyer Harusame from World War II. In the series, Harusame is characterized by her cheerful and optimistic personality, always trying to do her best to support her fleet and friends. She plays a supporting role among the destroyer class, often featured in comedic and light-hearted scenes in the anime.
