Overview
Miyuki Tezuka is a central character in the tokusatsu series Kamen Rider Ryuki. As Kamen Rider Raia (also known as Kamen Rider Sting in some adaptations), Tezuka is a fortune teller who joins the Rider War with the intention of ending the conflict peacefully. Calm, introspective, and compassionate, he seeks to prevent unnecessary violence and often acts as a mediator among the Riders. His strong sense of justice and loyalty make him a trusted ally, but his tragic fate deeply impacts the storyline.
